The location was excellent and lovely, so close to the main tourist spot for you to be bothered with easy access to a market and shops. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Colomb Beach.

The location was quiet and best possible for me as it was near to a lovely garden, and the Palolem beach area. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The staff team was very amiable, the rooms were a nice size and equipped with aircon or fans, decent mattresses, a big bed.

Friendly and helpful staff who provided great service. Prompt laundry service and well-serviced rooms.- Convenient location near the beach and away from noisy nightlife.

Lack of sea view despite the hotel's name. Poor treatment from the family-run hotel, with unfriendly stares and no gratitude.

Quick room service. Ideal place for city trip in Patnem Beach. Even the Dabolim airport was not so far. Honestly no reason to complain...

We had an amazing time staying at a family-run hotel just 100m from the beach. The location was perfect, away from noisy nightlife but still close to restaurants. Our room overlooked a lovely swimming pool set in a garden. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed meals at the on-site restaurant. The airport transfer and scooter rental services were convenient. We spent most of our time on the clean and warm Patnem beach, and the shower was always hot with reliable air conditioning and a fan. We're already planning to return next year.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained, with comfortable mattresses and a small balcony to enjoy the views. The attention to detail was evident, with basic amenities provided and the rooms kept in perfect condition. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

there was very very nice and courteous staff and the service was good. i had a family room included with a balcony and a fridge plus a fantastic bed.

The hotel is a short walk from the beach, which is perfect for those who want to escape the sand but still have the sea within reach. There are many nice restaurants near the hotel that serve alcohol, providing guests with plenty of dining options. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even overlook the lovely swimming pool and garden. The breakfast from the hotel's own kitchen is served on time and is a great way to start the day.

The constant noise from dogfights, crows, and passing trains can be a bit bothersome.
